Fenton Oakheart

Fenton is an old contact of Quinn's from before his redemption in Tempus.  Fenton fenced the stolen paintings and silver bars the party had "liberated" from the Zhentarim warehouse.  He had recently joined the Xanathar's Guild and offered a meeting to the group with his contact in the guild.  They adamantly refused.  Still, Fenton promised to be available to them should they need to fence any more valuables.

Location:  Fenton can be found at the Salty Dog tavern in the Dock Ward.

Freddert Coyle, Stalwart of Tempus

Stalwart Coyle is Quinn's immediate superior at the House of Heroes, the temple of Tempus in Waterdeep.  He has an obvious dislike of Quinn, perhaps out of jealousy, and uses his small measure of authority to make Quinn's life miserable in his duties at the Field of Triumph.

Uumaga

Uumaga was assigned to tutor Yasuo on the trip from Kozakura to Waterdeep.  She is an ancient Korobokuru Dwarf from the wildlands of Kozakura and a great friend and mentor to Yasuo's father.  She has taken up residence in the largest room of Trollskull Manor and has taken it upon herself to restore the building to use.  She continues to advice Yasuo in all manor of subjects ranging from Waterdhavian grammar to tea service etiquette.

Godfrey Lanset

Lord Lanset is a rich noble in Waterdeep and a worshipper of Tempus.  Much of his fortune is tied up in the Field of Triumph.  He sponsored Quinn to the temple when he caught him trying to burglarize his manor.  Over the years he's kept quiet tabs on Quinn's progress within the temple and personally recommended him to his old friend, Volo, when Volo was in need of trustworthy help.
