Mother Mab
Mother Mab is the eldest of the witches and considers herself the guardian of the Hexenwald. She is aggrieved by the undead goblin problem and blames Emmaline. She hates Zora for killing one of her wolves in the past.
What does she want: Mother Mab has instructed you to kill Zora. The murder of her wolf is unforgivable. She has told you that she cannot act directly against one of her "daughters" so she calls upon you to be her spear. She also wants Emmaline driven from the community if she is, indeed, responsible for the zombies. She offers to reveal the location of the Druid Spring.
Zora
Zora is a master alchemist and potion brewer. She is extremely jealous of Silence's relationships with outside academics. She is unaware that Mother Mab hates her.
What does she want: Zora wants you to steal Silence's bracelet, a gift from an outside suitor. She also wants Zora embarrassed by asking you to sabotage the baked goods she is making for Mother Mab. She recommends using the goat droppings. She offers more potions as payment.
Silence
Silence is a master of Candle/Smoke magic. She has formed many relationships with the magical community outside the Hexenwald and maintains a correspondence with many sorcerers. She doesn't understand Zora's jealousy. She loves to bake, especially for Mother Mab, whom she adores.
What does she want: Silence just wants Zora to leave her alone. She also wants you to deliver the baked goods to Mother Mab. She offers no payment.
Astrid
Astrid uses her magical violin to enhance her stone shape magic. She gets very upset by conflict and will do almost anything to make sure everyone gets along. She has a very large cat named Gothmog.
What does she want: Astrid just wants everyone to get along and refuses to participate in the group's schemes. She offers hospitality in her home as long as you stay out of her food stores. She offers no payment.
Emmaline
A few of the other witches suspect Emmaline of creating the "zombie problem" in the Hexenwald. Mother Mab is particularly upset and uses her wolf pack to hunt down and destroy any zombie she can find. Nothing else is known about Emmaline at this time.
What does she want: Unknown.
